Small museum. Friendly personal attention. Small shop. Lots of info about bullfighter Ignacio Mejias. Well worth a Euro for two bits of cheese and a small glass of wine.

Nice place to get an overview for the gastronomical culture of the region. The end with some cheese and wine worths the optional 1 at the entrance.

La persona que explica el museo es muy amable. Pueden verse utensilios antiguos para la elaboración de queso, se explica el proceso de elaboración y en condiciones normales se puede degustar queso regado con vino de Manzanares. (Actualmente no se hace la cata por la pandemia). Al terminar tienen un detalle con los niños
