Long menu of chilaquiles and some sandwiches too. The portions are just the right size for breakfast, served with a small amount of refried beans. I got the chilaquiles mixtos with carne en chile. The meat is little pieces of arrachera-like beef (flap meat steak) and is in an orangey red chile sauce. It came with some nopales as well. My mom ordered the chilaquiles verdes poblanos, which had chips (totopes) tossed with eggs in green salsa, topped with a little bit of fresh cheese. It was served with a little refried beans as well. The meal also came with some fresh baked rolls. My mom ordered a café americano, which is café de olla (has cinnamon flavor to it) and it was good too. The ambience is nice: behind a gate, open air with lots of tables. It wasn’t too hot where we were sitting, even on an 85* day.
