Any negative review was based on old management. This is the ideal living situation and the new management is amazing. Any issue is addressed within minutes and the facilities are so impressive that I often pinch myself that I live here.

It has been a pleasure living here the last 10 months. We love the location and the other tenants. The pool has been a bonus and one of the main reasons we decided to rent here. Lastly, the staff has been an asset as well. Thank-you!

The apartments seem to have been finished in a hurry. One of the doors in our unit was painted shut when we moved in and there are scratches and paint spots throughout the apartment. Visually, they are very pretty and modern, but not great quality. The amenities tend to have problems. The package room has been broken half of the time we have lived there (since April). The real problem is the office hours and the fact that no one tends to be at the front when we have questions. They encourage us to email, but for how much we pay to live here, it would be great to have better customer service and people who are not so passive aggressive to our questions and concerns.

Great apartment building and a great add to the Village of Downers Grove. The units are a good size and there is a great selection of Studio, 1 Bedroom, and 2 Bedroom units.
