I joined Dash for a certified makeup artistry course as a beginner. The course covered everything starting from what makeup brushes to use to the bridal business. Mary and other teachers are extremely patient, highly experienced, and just brilliant at what they do. They are very professional and with small class sizes, each student gets personal attention that it needs. It is very hands-on and all encapsulated in a short course with a reasonable fee. I learnt a lot, made friends, and had an amazing time. I would recommend DASH a hundred percent and I assure that you would not be disappointed for choosing it!!

I've been going to Dash Beauty Bar for the past 4 years and have always had top notch service from Mary and her team! Mary is a professional in every sense of the word - she is a true master of her craft and believe it's her passion for the industry that makes her such a success. She takes pride in her work and always has a spotless, beautiful and relaxing environment. There are times I need to bring my little ones with me and she's always so warm and welcoming to them, making them feel right at home :) Sometimes its the little things like this that truly show how genuine people are and with Mary I always know she always has her customers best interests at heart. For all of the reasons above she will always have my business and would never hesitate to refer her to anyone I know!

Dash provided a great opportunity for students to learn makeup, including myself. Makeup theories and applications. Mary is really good in teaching and demonstrating proper makeup applications. I really enjoy the learning experience myself, as well as the makeup artistry course with Mary. Mary is very inspring because she is really good in what she is doing, and she has passions in helping others as well. She gives honest and proper feedbacks to students. She also gives students graduates opportunities to do makeup in a fashion show or bridal makeup so graduates can build up portfolio and be exposed to the field.

Teachers are negative and unhelpful. I wish I would have gone to somewhere else but I didn't listen to others. You are basically paying for a quick course believing it will be all you need. If you have the same teachers, you will have to deal with attitude (from them), negative communication, favoritism, and possibly regret of paying to go to a course you dislike and are treated horribly. I have never really experienced a teacher that hates her job so much she complains to the students, who work very hard to pay and go get lash education. I am trying to help others so they don't make the same mistake I did! Massage table is broken and my model fell down and hurt herself, and marketing help is non existent and teachers push students to get clients for them. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
