I was very impressed with the friendliness and service. The owner met us on Christmas day so that we could pick up a uhaul. He also was very thorough and knowledgeable on the entire process. After dealing with other uhaul places in the past, I completely enjoyed speaking with him and would definately recommend him to a friend or family.
My father has been shipping with them almost 20 years and a few years ago we found out he was grossly over charging for packing and shipping. Almost 3x more than ups or fedex. Tried to charge us almost 150 to ship a computer. When went to ups and they packed it and shipped it for 40.
