Updated Feb 2019 We had a small hiccup with the service but the Service manager Rajiv, stepped in immediately and the issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner, making sure we had everything we needed. This is first time when my wife and i really felt welcome in a car dealership. First class experience from phone conversation, through car selection, to getting the car. Maybe because people we encountered with really enjoy their work. Eric Truong - sales consultant, before our appointment prepared video pointing out features of the model we were interested. During appointment, he elaborated on every aspect of the car, then he went with us on test drive explaining and showing different features of the car in action (visited several different brands dealerships, nobody ever did that, \just drive around and check the car\). True professional, Eric knows all features in details, which he reminded when we picked up a car. Pricing, payments, additional incentives, my wife got everything she asked for. Before coming to this dealership, i didn't think RDX can be in our budget. Have to mention Darya - financial advisor, explaining every detail until all written in the contract was clear. Happy welcoming people selling great 5 star experience!
