I brought my Santa fe 2019 on March 11th only for oil change at 11 AM to Maple Hyundai and this was the the 3rd time that I was there . the last 2 time were fantastic experiences but this time was a disaster, the gentlman in reception was not so welcoming and honestly he was very impolite and told me the earliest time that he may promise to make the car ready is 3: 00 PM also they cannot ask for any transportation for even drop us to Vaughn mills mall. As a result I decided to cancel this appointment as in the COVID time we were not also allowed to stay. I will not recommend this branch of Hyundai and I will never come back
