I bought a house from Medallion in 2014. Worst builder I have ever dealt to buy my HOME. The quality is the worst they use, finishing is absolutely garbage. Medallion customer service, I give a zero and they don't communicate within their organization properly. I still don't have proper heated floor that I paid for and they never came back to fix it. One of my bathroom sink have crunchy noise, it's not been fixed bc it's too much for them to do the job. I do not recommend this builder to buy your DREAM HOME! I had to give one ( 1 ) start in order to post (I do not want to give any star)
