I was under the impression I was booking ACE meet and great parking at Birmingham but it was in fact Maple! Took 25 minutes for the car to arrive after calling once collected bags, not a meet and greet service I would ever recommend or use again! If I needed to book parking at Birmingham I would likely book an on site car park that you can walk to your car. Absolutely dreadful if I could give no stars I would! Avoid! Used today 9/2/2020 arriving from Toulouse to Birmingham.

I recently used maple Manor Meet and Greet service at Birmingham Airport, on handing my car keys to the attendant I was asked if I would like my car 'valeting'. On returning home and subsequently going to my car in day light I was bemused to see that a 'valet' of my vehicle was in fact: To wash the exterior Wipe the dash board and binnacle.
A thoroughly disappointing experience. After damaging my vehicle they are refusing to deal with the matter, pushing back and no genuine apology. Avoid and park your car yourself.
Rang them 15mins before as they ask, was told what bays to park in. Once there we waited 15mins for someone to turn up. Rang again and they said they hadn’t received first call !! How did we park in the correct bay then? Took another 10 mins to turn up. Other than that it was ok, would try another company next time
The Maple Parking Meet and Greet Birmingham was both timely and straightforward. The problem lies with distance from Valet car park to the Terminal, in the open...we and our cases got wet!. At Gatwick meet and greet are done right at the terminal entrance.
