Ordered two vermicelli dishes. One was chicken and prawns and the other was chicken and minced pork. Chicken was flavorful but portion size was a his issue. The chicken and prawn had bits of chicken - 8 small broken pieces at best, not chunks. The chicken flavor was good but way too little chicken. The three prawns were more like small shrimps and was dried out on the skewer. I can't say I would recommend this place for the price they are charging.

Not bad, but not really vegetarian friendly as the menu is mostly meat and when I ordered salad rolls I thought they are vegetarian but they turned out to have shrimp in them. I would recommend to make it more clear on the menu of the ingredients for each menu item :) good service tho!
Dec 18, 2020 I have never been to this restaurant before. I 've been to a Vietnamese noodle restaurant in Coquitlam and that was 15 years ago with my brother . We both had the noodle soup it was not salty Some Vietnamese restaurants in the Greater Vancouver area do tend to put too much salt in their noodle soup. The deep fried spring rolls that I ordered for take out at one restaurant were very good I can honestly say that I have never found a hair in anything . Though after reading the reviews abouts this restaurants makes you think twice about going to a Vietnamese restaurant The staff who work there don't speak very good english at all and they have difficulty learning the language
Opened November 2016 where Sarges Restaurant use to be. The breaded squid was very tender, not oily, and not overcooked... Very tasty! The spring roll was just the same. The Beef Pho Soup had really good flavor there was no grease floating on the top, and the beef was super tender. The rice plates both were very delicious, and the meat was again super tender and very tasty. UPDATE (Feb 2017): By far the best Pho joint in Maple Ridge. Tried the Egg Noodles with Wonton and Veggies, and it was delicious! Also had the breaded fried squid again, and again tasty!
We’ve been eating here for a couple years but recently the quality has gone down hill. The large size soups have turned into the small size, flavour is not as good, and spring rolls were soggy. And then we found a few large black hairs in the vermicelli. We called to see if they’d do anything about it and they passed the phone around to 3 different people and tried to pretend like they didn’t understand what we were saying. Sadly not eating here anymore, this was our go-to pho spot
