I purchased my flowers and plants from Terra. I am very happy with my flower garden. I bought the prettiest rose tree. It has all pink roses just one white one. The staff is very helpful.
Great prices and lots of selections. Well worth the drive north from Toronto. They have everything you can possibly want to improve your garden.
Last Sunday we went to Terra's with our baby and impulse purchased the last two very beautiful limelight hydrangea trees. They were too large for us to take home, so we paid for both and asked for them to be delivered for a fee. Next day we received a call that one of the PAID hydrangea's was taken by another customer!! Management said they will try to have it replaced by contacting other locations. 2 days later a much younger replacement plant was delivered that looked nothing like the one we had purchased. I contacted the manager to report on this and she asked why I didn't say anything to the driver so that he wouldn't drop it off! She said she will send back the driver to pick it up and a give me a refund. No apology and no explanation for having our time wasted and our garden plans ruined. Owning up to your mistake and offering an incentive to your regular costumers would've been the way to go. At the very least, beef up your security so that paid for items are not just taken by other costumers (allegedly). Very disappointed.
Lots of variety of beautiful plants and outdoor decor. The staff here are very helpful. The only thing I would mention is the price is a bit higher than other places but if you can find things that you like here that are on sale then you're good to go!
