City hall which was usually mostly empty anyway is closed and the employees aren’t providing help. We are waiting for our licence since August 2020 with no logical explanation and the employee is not answering e-mails. Building standards is a headache to deal with since we can’t come in person and get straight answers

Oh my goodness I have been so impressed with the speedy service, integrity, promptness and courtesy of Rick DiLuca and Vas Macarenko. Last summer I called the Parks and Rec department regarding some missing interlocking on the basketball court near our school and those block were replaced within 2 days. It's not often you can say service is completed that quickly by a government department, but now I can say that. On February 2021, I called to inquire about clearing the snow from a pathway near the school which was covered with ice and snow. This path wasn't accessible to one student using a wheelchair and therefore, socializing with friends was restricted to the school tarmac for him but his friends had the run of the upper field also. One morning I stopped Mr. Macarenko who was clearing the sidewalks of snow and ice and explained the situation. It didn't take long for Mr. Macarenko's integrity to shine. He went above and beyond his snow removal boundaries and shoveled and salted the path. Once the sun hit the path, all the ice and snow melted and the student was able to enjoy a recess with his friends without being restricted to half the play area. There really are amazing people who care about others and are willing to do what needs to be done. Thank you Parks and Rec for the amazing job you all are doing. Kind regards, Tina
Public SERVANTS have forgotten they are SERVANTS to the public and not the corporation. NOTE: It is legal to record any public servant. The public have the power to fire each individual servant by creating legal notices. The public as humans have the human right to travel undisturbed by govt agents, meaning when cops give you traffic tickets, they are taking away your human rights.The corporation of Canada can be sued for enfringment of your human rights. Don't forget the people are the power!! Learn the Law and use it to your advantage and stop the government corruption.
Horribly disorganized, cant have a timely appointment to dispute a ticket issued by a bylaw officer. Judicator isnt available until 4 months out. If I would take 4 months to do my job I would be fired. The pettiness to write a ticket for 50 dollars and then not having the time to dispute it the next day is pathetic and poor organization. Maybe you should sort yourselves out before telling others what to do and writing tickets.

Great service. I called their phone support and the lady that answered was super nice and guided me onto finding the form I needed to fill up from website.
Beautiful Vaughan City Hall, well maintained, need more parking lots to accommodate the heavy traffic. Lots if activities for everyone.
Had terrible experience. Staff is not polite at all. Went for parking ticket issue as they penalized me extra 60 dollars on top of 60 bucks while nowhere written on ticket you have to face extra fee if you don’t pay within 15 days. When i asked them about this all they said “we can charge you whatever we want and we don’t need to mention it on ticket which is totally UNFAIR”. They gave me no proper answer and subjected me to pay the amount. Very unprofessional behaviour and denied me to talk with their senior.
