Insanely bad customer service. I called to get a quote on some PVC pipe. First the guy wanted to know where my project was. I told him Kleinburg. Then he wanted to know specifically where in Kleinburg. I told him the street name. Then he wanted to know if we already tendered the job or not. Then he wanted to know how I got their contact info. Then he wanted to know what other companies I already called. All I asked was a price for some PVC pipe, not an interrogation. When he finally got around to telling me a price he quoted me more than double everywhere else while laughing about it and calling me \buddy\. Does this company want to sell products, or just waste people's time?
