I have never rated a place to be honest, but this was just so so bad. I feel bad for writing a review but I hope they see this and maybe can improve their food. I am someone who can eat anything (I have a friend who once nicknamed me garbage disposal because I eat things that even others consider tasting terrible). Sadly, I couldn’t even eat the sushi from here and what I did eat made my stomach hurt. The tempura sweet potato was both burnt and undercooked which was strange, and everything had a combination of bad flavors. The soy sauce tasted like it had gone bad and although the veggies were fresh everything else had a weird overpowering bitter and just bad flavor.

A good spot for sushi in Maplewood! I sat on the patio and it was very nice. We ordered two sushi rolls, and a few appetizers. The Kara-age (spicy fried chicken) was my favorite thing I ordered. The server was new but really tentative and she helped me choose what to order. Next time I’d like to try the ramen since I’ve heard it’s good!
I ordered nearly 80 dollars worth of sushi to go, and it was horrible. All of the rice in the rolls was overpowered with vinegar and the lump crabmeat also tasted off (or out of a can). They didn't offer to remake my order, to give a refund, or even a discount. The food was inedible. I won't be back.
Fine scene for delicious sushi. Good place to hang and eat some good food. Service is typically great.
Small but cute space. Our host greet us promptly and water on our table. We received our food quickly. My husband ordered ramen and was a bit salty, my 20 sushi dinner came out but was not impressive. Overall, it is not bad, I maybe try again later.
