Their pho Thai is the best in town and I've had a lot of pho. Also, though I'm keto and don't do many carbs anymore their egg rolls are to die for, cravable and 1 is big enough to share. The lady always remembers me and is so friendly.

So I'm from the west coast, California and I have friend's that own a vietnamese restaurant in orange county and I'm used to that authentic taste of pho and bahn mi, vermicelli etc. Pho restaurants are huge! I have been craving pho for so long and Vietnam Star did not deliver. The broth was bland. Pho is a rice noodle soup, the noodles and the soup depend on the broth so while the meal looked amazing. I didn't finish it because it didn't taste good. The egg roll and spring roll were delicious but the what the pho? (Another pho restaurant reference) the broth lacked so much flavor.
