Myself and my neighbor contacted the office the same day same phone call to find out what we need to do to get a Surveyor out to survey our properties. This was Friday August 16, 2019. We were told it would be 400. While on the phone call the lady we spoke with said we would receive a phone call on Monday to get the contract emailed out. Monday came no phone call. So I called the office on Tuesday and they told me that I would receive a phone call before closing that day, they explained that the lady that was suppose to call us that Monday was out and she had actually stepped out the office for second and she would return my phone call. That again did NOT happen. Received a phone call today to move forward with getting the email sent out for the contract TWO WEEKS later. This says a lot about this company and how they do business. I Would not do business with this surveying company nor would I recommend this company.

This company over charges you. According to the national average if you are getting your land surveyed typically cost between 500 - 1500, the person I spoke to gave me a price between 3500 - 4500...What?
They never returned my calls, total waste of time.
Completed my survey very quickly and at a decent price.
