We recently moved to the Marana/Tucson area and decided to come here primarily for a check up, heartworm prevention treatment, and vaccinations for our new puppy, their prices are very comparable to others nearby that we were quoted. The only reason I’m giving as high as 2 stars is because I liked the vet himself. Very professional and quick to see us, I give our experience with him 5 stars. However interactions with other staff, specifically the guy receptionist at the front were less than satisfactory. Staff became very judgmental and rude about all my choices for my dog after I didn’t opt for the extra round of vaccines because my dogs don’t need boarding and I groom them myself as I have been doing for a long time now so they don’t visit grooming places either. I really don’t appreciate being pressured to buy something my dog doesn’t actually need and then being treated poorly the rest of the time. To be fair though, the guy receptionist/tech was a bit condescending towards the lady tech while we were there which makes me think maybe my experience wasn’t anything personal, but he is in fact just an unpleasant person in general. Additionally the examination room table was covered in fur when we went in, which for my older dog I wouldn’t really care about, but for my very young unvaccinated puppy, it really bothered me that the facility wasn’t properly cleaned and sanitized against parvo. Even though we liked the vet himself, I would not recommend coming here.

The staff and doc are absolutely amazing ! I took my Jack Russell in today for a visit they were all so nice and professional. Will continue to go to this clinic !! Thank you everyone !

Took Harley my 12 year old Lhasa apso in. They did a great job and to my astonishment. Had teeth cleaning and extractions done. The bill was a 1/3 that I was quoted by other veterinarians in Marana. Thank you for taking care of my buddy and I'll be back with all are 4 legged family members

My dog was on death's door with a serious life threatening infection. Dr. Wengert saved her life and his kindness was also very appreciated. This clinic is run by knowledgeable people and when your pets life is at stake...or not...this is the place to go. My dog iss doing great, thriving, and we are all very happy for it!
