Nice very small condo, with beautiful water views from living room. This condo works for a family but I would not recommend more than 4 people. It had one and a half baths which is a bonus. I would recommend bringing food in case you do not want to drive for dinner. There are several restaurants at the Hawks Cay Resort. The marina is across the street and I would recommend checking out the sunrise there, a 5 minute walk from condo. We had a wonderful time, however we will probably stay at another key next time. Great stay for the price.

Property is nice, but certainly needs some basic maintenance. Hawk Key resort is taking advantage of COVID and really cutting back on services.

Spent 8 days here with friends. It really is too small for 4 adults The second bedroom is overfilled with 2 twin beds. They take up part of the entry into the room. We all have bruises on our shins from walking into the bed while walking into the room. This room has no place to put your belongings or suitcases. The kitchen is tiny. Absolutely no room to store food. No barbecue. Not for folks who prefer to cook at home. Pretty sure the refrigerator was dying. Not very clean. The kayak and paddleboard were filthy, with no easy way to clean them. Also, there is no easy/safe way to launch them The master bedroom is nice. The family room was big enough. This might work best for a couple with kids who dont plan to cook a lot and want a convenient location for exploring the keys
