My wife and I are buisness owners, and we where looking into purchasing a boat for the family, but after talking to one of their employees Ben Amsterdam, that had us waiting for 30 minutes on a zoom call, that he confirmed and never showed up, and didn’t even apologize! we have definitely changed our mind. The lack of respect, and accountability we experience is not acceptable. So we have decided to our business somewhere else.
