Ate at Frank's, while working in Marathon, based on other reviews. Had the Chicken Parmigiano. It was plentiful and delicious. Not overly seasoned and just big enough for a single portion. Suggestion, you may want to make a reservation. They were busy. I had to sit outside since I did not have a reservation. The weather was mild and the service and meal were still good.

When you're on vacation and want to find " The Best Place" to eat, and most of the time it's just ok.....THIS IS NOT THAT PLACE! Amazing little unassuming place in a two story office plaza next to a post office. We pulled in and thought we would give it a try since the place we had originally planned on dining was closed.( lucky, we were) We walked in and didn't have reservations. The hostess worked to fit us in and seat our table of 7 adults, a toddler and two infants.Our waitress was attentive and she was assisted by an older lady that made the experience just that much more enjoyable. The fresh hot bread they brought out was plentiful and tasty. Every dish we ordered, it was perfect. Give this place a try...I love food and love a great restaurant. This place was 10 out of 10!!
Frank can make special orders to enhance your party or event. He hooked me up with his Italian lasagna and it was a hit with all. His sandwiches are great too, Boar's head meats.
We love Frank's! If you haven't been here, you should add it to your must do list! The food is wonderful and all the staff are friendly.

Awesome food. Try the Caesar salad if you are in the mood for lighter fare. All their seafood is great.
Chicken parmigiana and lasagna were excellent. Warm bread and salad were also very good. We arrived not to far after opening without a reservation and we got right in but when we left around 7 pm it was packed. They advise to make a reservation as it is a smaller restaurant and well known by locals and visitors.
Wow! What a nice surprise this place was. A total misnomer ... thinking it was going to be some basic American restaurant with its name...but we were delighted to find amazing Italian dishes with friendly , family like atmosphere. Our best meal in the Keys so far...
