Some of the posts I see are from a few years ago but we visited recently with a couple of other families and stayed here. Lack of cleanliness is an understatement. Hair balls, bottle caps, nail clippings, are some of the issues. I had to re-wash all the towels and clean all the bathrooms. Kitchen, well disgusting so much that I couldn’t cook in it. Lacked simple necessities, dirty, sticky cabinets, and yes more hair in the drawers. It’s too bad because the location was great, nice quite area with a great pool but we will not be back. There may be a few condos with updated kitchens but most are not.

Great location. Quiet secluded but close to everything in the keys

The tennis courts are not usable. The boat launch is clogged with sea grass... can't launch my jet ski. The building I'm in has yellow caution tape everywhere. The bocci ball court is unusable as well... they're stretching it a bit when they call that a beach, too. The condo is nice, if a bit dated, and clean. But a salt and pepper shaker should not be too much to ask.... not to mention the are no kitchen towels or dish rags. I'm staying in unit B101... the view is okay, but trimming the trees would make it great. All in all, I was disappointed. There is a LOT of potential here, but I think some up front disclosures should be required until they clean it up.

A very clean and well maintained resort. Units are clean, bright and well appointed. Units are on pilings with parking below. There are lots of steps to get to 2nd floor units. No beach access.

Spectacular sunsets..saw many reef fish..blue tang, parrot fish, mangrove snapper etc and nurse sharks..was a couple lobsters too. Plenty of seats for all to enjoy sunsets with or without beverages from tiki bar. Low key atmosphere, very relaxing, met some very nice people.
