Sales girl Yani was awesome and easy to work with. Bought 3 mattresses for our corporate apartment, delivery set for Friday 17th. Store was closed on that day due to no show employee on Yani’s day off. Had to purchase 3 air mattresses to get through the weekend, mix up at the warehouse on Monday, truck broke down on Tuesday, promised a 9 am pick up on Wednesday, called the store at noon to be told mattresses would not arrive until Thursday. Completely unacceptable experience, ask for a district manager to call me, still waiting on that call. I’ll be taking my multiple mattress purchases every year elsewhere.
