Worse customer service ever seen!!! 1 month of communication without results! If you really want to pay extra amount to people wasting your time and offering you 0 quality, i hardly recommend you to waste your money with avatel. Irresponsibile team poor service

Got connected and worked very good until they got more customers in the same building and disconnected me as they thought I was not home. Called customer service and they said they will show up Monday. Did he come? Nope... so I will probably terminate the contract. Update Tuesday: went to their office maybe little angry. Not sure the technicians are always truthful to the customer service. The girls in the office did a good job and three technician showed up. Later Gabriella called. So today 16:00 I should be back online. Will update if this happens.
THese are robbers, the offer u a pack than charge u triple, when u try to claim they wont even talk to u, just put anwering machine on and after half hour waiting they hang up on you , worst company i ever had
Customer service is non-existent. I'm pleased to no longer be living here and with this sorry excuse of a "company". They make the whole process unbelievably difficult, and when they changed their plans to faster speeds for the same price, they refused to honour the speed increase to their pre-existing customers. Utter joke. Highly discourage using this company.
So far this service has been very good. fast speed for internet and TV is good also. I only have 1 small issue which has just appeared/ been noticed and that is "audio description" which is very irritating on films, if you have normal vision. I will be contacting them to turn this off. This has now been sorted by re-tuning the channels. Very pleasant and helpful staff at Calahonda customer desk
Dreadful company. Customer service is non-existent. Left hand doesn't realise there's a right hand, consequently the incompetence has to be endured to be believed. Don't expect to be able to telephone anybody directly, there's a clever system in place, so you can only leave a message, admittedly with a human being. Don't expect a response to email, unless you're about to sign a contract. In a nutshell, don't expect anything from this shambolic outfit.
I wish I could rate this lower, I have the WiMAX setup and it is awful, due to where I live there are very few options but our service is terrible. Pay a small fortune for a 6mb connection, due to distance from antennae we never get that speed that is to say when we actually get a connection at all. Have not had one full week where the connection has been constant, they say 24/7 support what they mean is they use a call center of a night and weekend who take the calls but can't do anything other than send an email to the actual workers who clearly aren't there till the next working day. Looks like I'm going to have another weekend without any connection as once again the service stopped Friday evening after working times when I had already rang during the day due to constant service drop outs.
