I'm a client and I called today to ask about the closing time and I was told that it's 18:00. When I asked why I was told that these are the government's rules. When I told that these rules were just changed a few days ago the lady on the phone become rude. I think their approach towards their clients is very disrespectful. I will change them with another gym. My answer to your reply: I'm not a member, my girlfriend is. I was planning to become a member now, but I changed my mind after that phone conversation. Regarding your answer: all businesses (not only gyms) in Marbella understood the changes made by the government regarding the opening hours and they acted accordingly. All businesses besides you! I wonder why?!
