Outstanding Service During the Buying Period and Beyond. We looked at many individual properties over the years near Marbella. However, when we really entered the buying market we made the typical UK newbie mistake by booking individual agents to look at individual properties. Big Mistake! If you don’t know, the way it works in Spain is the estate agents all have access to all the same listings. So, if you do like we did, you pretty much end up with them all wanting to show you a list of properties which will inevitably mean one agent gets the keys to a property you have booked to see with another agent. So what do you want as a property buyer? You want someone that is trustworthy, listens to what you are looking for, understands your red lines and then actually spends some time using their knowledge of the area to help you build a good list. Many agents say this, but then send you a list they spent 5 minutes on with properties that completely ignore your criteria. You may also think you have a perfect list. But what you don’t know is that Property X is outside your price range and not on your list but Steve happens to know the seller will settle in your price range. This is where a good agent really adds value and that is why we highly recommend Steve as that is what he found for us. In fact, on our 2nd meeting with Steve we were lucky enough to have 2 properties that we were happy with. One we then went on to purchase. In addition to all this, what make Steve unique to us and sets him apart from all the others is that even months after we bought the property and he got his commission he still helps us by recommending good window companies, building suppliers, where the closest skip is, people who come and take away items you don’t want for free etc. If you are looking to buy a property, we can’t recommend Steve enough – book him for a couple of viewings and see for yourself.

After a previous bad experience with a property agent in Spain, Steve was a breath of fresh air and very good. He isn't pushy and very knowledgeable of the industry and the area. Also very importantly is the after care. Steve has been so helpful after the purchase and continues to be. A good guy and a new friend for me.
Best estate agent ever! After deciding we wanted a holiday home we luckily fell upon Steve. The original home we wanted sold before we got to view it, but Steve soon found us another home which was even better. We hadn’t done much research into the buying process, but Steve gave us all the information we needed and supported us not only throughout the purchase but afterwards as well. Steve met us at our new property with the keys, and helped bring all the furniture in. I really could not recommend Steve enough, not only is he fantastic at his job, he’s a lovely person who we would now regard as a friend.

Steve took the time to find out exactly what I wanted in a property and location, then took care of all of the viewing arrangements. He saved me all of the hassle of finding the right sort of properties and more importantly the headache of juggling appointments with loads of agents. Steve held my hand throughout the buying process from introducing me to an excellent Spanish solicitor to getting the keys to my dream home. I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for their ideal home in the sun.
