I’m touched beyond words, Joyeria Sai are special and rare, have shown patience and kindness. I purchased an expensive piece of jewellery, it took me a while, as I was scared not knowing them. They had to post this to me, specially make it, then a tiny diamond came loose after some time. I contacted them and was blown away by the service. It’s back with me just perfect with no charge. What can I say other than my faith in humanity has been restored by these people. I’m not going anywhere else again, I feel lucky to have had that experience. Customer service beyond all my expectations.We bought a ring last year and they were very patient with letting me try on several before finding the one that was perfect for me.I took it back this year to be cleaned along with another ring and a watch that wasn’t working.All were done to a really high standard.The owner also did something else for me which I don’t want to put on a public review but it touched my heart and was very very kind.It restored my faith in humanity and I will never forget how thoughtful it was.We will definately be back
