I enjoyed their property management services for nearly 5 years until I asked them to repair and repaint my house before I wanted to sell it. Outcome was disastrous. When I asked them to compensate for the wrongdoing they demanded to be allowed to come back and do the same work again. When I said that it was impossible as the house was already put up on the market for sale instead of finding a sensible compromise they started to threaten with the lawyer. I would not recommend this company even to my worst enemy.

We have La Costa Marbella as a management company of our apartment in El Soto de Marbella for over three years and they are the Best of the Best!! Fantastic customer services. They are always willing to help me and our guess, no matter what it is or time. Every time we had an issue with the apartment they have the best group of people that figure out the problem and fix it as soon as posible. They have great input too if I have any questions or doubts.
