I hired their services for the construction of a villa and they seemed to know what they were talking about... After accepting the budget, they began to work: uncoordination by the whole team, especially the owner. The first week seemed very good, there was a lot of equipment, etc, but the following weeks they began to send less staff, to the point of spending several months without sending anyone to finish the job. The biggest problem is that after almost a year of work, they still send me invoices for the hours they supposedly worked, which don’t match the budget. This adds up an exorbitant amount. This is a real scam. I'd never recommend it to anyone.
