Love this shop and always visit every trip, the lady working there is inspirational. However I have posted a picture of a ring I was bought on 22nd October 2019, I have only worn it a hand full of times and it snapped in two !! I hoped this would have been a life long purchase so am bitterly disappointed. I would appreciate you getting in touch sorry I have had to message this publicly I was not able find a private contact.
