We offer aftercare based on three main principles: Good diet, healthy outdoor exercise and involvement in 12 step groups and in-house group-based therapy. Diet - We put great emphasis on a healthy diet based on locally grown, organic ingredients. The diet is supplemented with fresh, healthy juices and supplements. We have a carefully designed menu that helps addicts gain physical and emotional health and helps regenerate a body often wracked by years of abuse. Exercise - We also encourage a healthy exercise programme to help regain physical fitness but also to help generate the feel-good chemicals that addicts often lack as a result of years of abuse. Therapy - We offer group therapy, a 12 Step based programme, meditation and much more to encourage emotional stability and personal growth. Group therapy and 12 Step meetings form a daily part of what we do at Marbella Sober homes. We also offer tuition in life skills such as cooking. Our programme is designed to help addicts transition into a healthy relationship with life. We encourage our clients to participate in 12 Step groups and find sponsors outside the centre. We wish to form referral relationships with other treatment centres especially those who want to help their clients transition themselves away from primary care.
