I have had two procedures at Ocean Clinic now and have just booked in for my third! From the moment I walked in the receptionists Mai and Vanessa made me feel really welcome. They are both lovely and super helpful. Dr. Kai is very professional and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to him as the results are everything I had wished for and more. The after care is also something I want to highlight as my experience was second to none. Alex the nurse is so kind and gentle. I had 5 lymphatic drainage and 5 massages post both ops. The physio Silvia is remarkable, she takes her time and really explains everything you need to do in detail. She cares about your recovery and it shows. All in all I couldn’t recommend Ocean Clinic more. My experience was brilliant throughout. Thank you so much guys!

The front end staff at Ocean Clinic are truly exceptional people. From reception, to the nursing staff and the post-op specialists there's not a bad egg anywhere to be seen (there are egg-shaped 'sink in and hide inside' armchairs however). Special mention to Ana, Kamil and Vanessa who are not only very professional but also genuinely wonderful and helpful souls. I've had two procedures so far, and Dr Kaye and Dr Paprottka have been (as far as I can tell) very skilful and dedicated surgeons with very high standards. I took one star off because they're also VERY BUSY people and sometimes you get the impression that they're less concerned about who's present than about who's coming in next. Both Drs explained everything in great detail when prompted. They have their own fully equipped operating theatre in their offices, and a small recovery room with ensuite plus additional facilities upstairs including remedial massage, IR, RF and general testing equipment. There is both staircase access and a lift for those less able or inclined make the journey to the 2nd floor. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ocean Clinic in Marbella.
The staff were very friendly but I was very disappointed with the result of the Botox treatment. I went just before Christmas and had spoken to the Dr in advance by phone. I chose the clinic based on good reviews and the information provided by the Dr in advance . However the Dr took no history when I was there, she didn’t ask about any contraindications I may have had and I was not made aware of any possible side effects. I was asked the sign the disclaimer (containing most of this information) AFTER the treatment. The treatment left me with a very droopy eyelid which I understand is because the injections were too close to my brow. The eyelid is just starting to improve some weeks later! Following discussions with others who have had treatments in the area I understand that the Ocean Clinic pricing is extremely high. I was charged 450 for the single treatment! The clinic stayed in contact with me after treatment for a short period but have now removed me from their WhatsApp chat. I was left with no solution other than to wait for the effects to wear off.
World class service and professionalism, throughout the organization. All staff, from the doctors to the nurses to the receptionists are the perfect combination of professional and nice. Incredible \just-in-time\ delivery as well - absolutely no waiting time no matter what. This is Harley Street - but in Marbella. Well done team!
Beside highest level of Quality in technology and super up-to-date methods , ocean clinic offers something that is most crucial for a patient who decides for a surgical treatment . A place full of love , care and kindness that it almost doesn’t make any difference if you would get a surgery at your own home . I had a wonderful experience with Ocean clinic and can highly recommend it . Of course I’m super happy with the result too. Every single person working there is super Professional highly educated and a wonderful human being . Thank you all for doing this Job in a meaningful way .
