Atm immediately quit working after I inserted my card. First employee stepped outside to smoke, shrugged when I told him about the problem, and said there's nothing they can do. The second employee (manager?) came out and said to wait, because it often takes 5 minutes to progress after the card is inserted. I waited 17 minutes before he said to wait 3 more minutes. At that point, I told him I could not wait any longer, at which point he shut off the machine and manually retrieved the card. First employee only continued to shrug and keep his head down any time he was asked for help. Terrible.
