Frank is by far the best trainer I have ever had. He is patient and caring and takes a personal interest in his clients' wellbeing and evolution in training. Every session is challenging but fun and exciting at the same time, and Frank always has a big encouraging smile on his face and genuinely listens to the clients needs. I have been training with Frank for six years and I find him to be an absolute professional as well as an excellent teacher and a good person. I think everyone should have a trainer like Frank in their lives!

The best personal trainer I have worked out with. He knows his stuff, is professional and respects your limits. He pushes you right to them though. :) Can't recommend Frank enough!
