Dr. Andre and his team Dalit, Jennifer and Jonalyn are absolutely impeccable in what they do, The care and attention when looking after our Yorkshire Terrier, Alfie has been simply outstanding! It was one of the most worrying times for us with Alfie having to stay in for a few days a few weeks ago, however Dr. Andre informed us every step of the way of what was happening which really helped us and we can’t thank him enough for the medical attention and care which he provided to get Alfie better again. His passion and care when looking after Alfie really shone through for us and we would recommend Pointer Clinic to anyone who requires a professional, reliable and very caring vets for their pet/s. Thank you again :)

They took my very sick cat in with no appointment ASAP and treated him immediately with the best profesional and warm care. He stayed 3 nights and I got updates, videos and calls throughout each day to inform me on every stage and process of his treatment and how he was doing. Great staff!! Warm, friendly, very efficient, I felt my cat was in the best hands posible and as if he was with family and not a scary hospital. Highly recommend them. THANK YOU SOOO MUCH XXX
