Update to previous post. I did not get a replacement board and after using it five times, now the backpack has ripped too as I carried the pack on my back on my way to the beach. This is a never ending story. 450 euro gone to waste.

Been coming here for 10 years now and the service is and has always been superb
I bought a paddle board from this shop this morning and went straight to the beach with it. After using it for five minutes I realised there was pre-existing damage to the board and I went straight back To the shop. I was immediately accused of causing the damage myself, which is just not possible. No rocks, no sharp objects, only clear water. The owner only wanted to patch the board and not replace it. And they felt they didn’t even owe me that. I have contacted the brand ZRay and also the shop’s supplier, Poolstar, hoping the issue can still be resolved. The shop owners did not seem too worried and seemed to imply to just accept the board as is. For me this is unacceptable. They should have been more persistent with their supplier and back me up as a customer. I’m very let down and have wasted 450 euros after months of thinking about buying a sup myself. I went to the shop three more times today and I tried to make them understand this was pre-existing damage. I remained calm and friendly. really hope Francisco Javier Rosa Sanchez and his associate will still step up to the plate, give me a replacement and sort it out with their supplier themselves this week. That way I can add a positive ending to this revieW and rate them 5 stars for customer service.
I have 2 babies and I wanted to rent bikes for a ride on the beach. We met a beautiful lady who took care of us like we were from her family! I highly recommend that place and will go back there for sure. It is a pleasure to meet passionate people like her mostly in Marbella. Many thanks
I tried on a helmet with a broken strap. Shop owner accused me of breaking it and later accused me of stealing a small pin from helmet. After telling her many times that I of course didn't steal a small plastic pin from the helmet and that it was broken when she gave it to me, she kept saying I have to pay 46euro (full price) for the helmet. She told me it was brand new out of the box (which is a lie), and when I told her to show me another similar helmet, she got another box with a helmet that had clearly been opened before. So I told her, it doesn't come from factory opened like that with plastic bag cut up, she admitted that other clients have been using or trying it before me. I even told her, that if she thought I took or broke a plastic tap from the helmet, it wouldn't cost her 46 euro so she shouldnt even talk about 46 euro, but more like a few euro for the tap. Luckily another client came in and overheard some of the conversation, and she suddenly started saying sorry and that I didn't have to pay. Worst way I have ever been treated in a shop my whole life. Accused of stealing and breaking things... This shop must really be in the need of money to try and trick customers to pay for nothing. I am never coming back ever, and will tell all my bike friends to keep away from this place. My advise to you: go to another store...
