Waiting since a month (E-Mail) and I dont get an answer. Thats normal in Spain. Asked if People from other countries traveling to Spain can be refund if they cant come to Spain during this pandemic! Unorganized and one star is too much of rate for that service. They just care about the Rich kids there, then people who want to enjoy Music and pay that overpriced festival!

Definitely one of the best experiences regarding the field of entertainment. It’s not only the concert and on itself, but the magic the involves it, before and after the concert. Remarkable to remember and to be back
Went to the Jason Derulo concert and it was great. But if you would ask me what was the beat thing, I would have to say it is the organization. We arrived at 8:00pm and the parking, bus shuttle to the concert area was impeccable. Easy, nice and not crowded. Then once there, the village if seats, stores and food was also very nice. Then we went up to the stage and we had 30 Euro tickets which had is positioned pretty high up, which was also not bad. Once the concert started at 10:05, all the free seats ahead of us got filled up by all of us up there... We had a great time and Jason Derulo was great. Then we left the stage and an easy walk to the buses and immediately got in board to the parking area and on the road in no time... Great great organization.
The place is amazing, really nice atmosphere and great acoustics, beautiful scenery. So all the concerts will give you an amazing experience.

Great organization. Wonderful venue. Great music. The only downside is the ridiculous prices at the venue for food and drinks.
We drove 400km to Starlite festival to see Sting in Concert in 2019. We had high expectations after reading on the Offical Starlite festival website that we would likely see famous faces and be able to talk and mingle with very interesting people. We were recommended to arrive 1 hour early to the concert to enjoy the surroundings and be able to socialise with the wonderful people around. We were very exited and happy when we got there. The area is located within a high mountain in the outskirts of Marbella and they provided parking and a mini bus to take you to the concert arena. To our surprise, when we got there after walking 10 minutos uphill to take the bus, there were only 2 shops with ridiculous prices, a small area to dance and walk around and some food stalks that offered 15 euros hot dogs. It was more amazing that the amphitheater was made out of a net of feeble scaffolding put together precariously. On top of the mess of iron pipes were the seats for the audience. There were hard, narrow and uncomfortable. The floor vibrated as if it was about to fall every time someone got up for something. My friend asked the staff about the emergency exit and she was laughed at and didn't reply to her. the staff responded: "Where do you want to run to?" Basically, we were 3 floors high up supported by a mere mess of scaffolding. The staff around were extremely young, the oldest probably being 16 or 18 year old. After we saw the wonderful Sting, the arena put on some music in the centre stage for people to dance but very quickly the music turned trashy and cheap. A Gin tonic cost 20 euros.
I think this was one of the best nights of my life, amazing, beautiful venue, well organised, great sound system. We had a perfect view of the stage
