50% of the food we ordered they dont have.. and without asking anything they made our expensive drinks , so that at least they get pid for those.. A BIG NO.

We had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Waiter was too busy going for cigarettes than waiting on the tables, incorrectly advised us of the kids menu options, food orders took far to long to arrive and all served with a bad attitude and when we asked for the bill he told us he couldn't give it to us unless we paid. Well, why else would you ask for the bill? Three tables have left whilst we've been sat here and if we hadn't had a starving baby needing food we would have got up and left a long time ago! Asked for the complaints paper over 20 mins ago and still not arrived. To finish it off the food was deep fried for the kids (fishfingers) presented oily on the plate despite Terra Sana being a healthy restaurant! Will not be coming back or going to other Terra Sana's again.

Great fast food always pretty tasty with Terrasana The smoothies and juices are really tasty very refreshing very healthy. Service is always very good very fast get your food nice and hot. The wait isn’t service is not as Terrasanta used to be very happy go lucky but the food has it style and is tasty for a quick bite. Sitting in the shop in mall eating food is not always the best thing but it’s good for the Saturday lunchtime quick break before getting back to shopping.

Ordered a fresh juice. No gloves, no washing hands before making it. Really Disgusting

Found a cockroach in my noodle salad. Told the waiter. He said nothing! Took it away. No apology. So I got up and left. Absolutely disgusted
