Great offer and service for my new business lines and internet of 600mb fibra. The office of Movistar in Ricardo Soriano is really well layed out and decoration very modern. Fresh design and great layout. The new seated service is much friendlier than previously arranged, a better service all around. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the service is always great and fast.

I was not too happy with the stability of the internet and so I went to the store to cancel my contract. Before going to the store, I have been calling Movistar service phone from my UK mobile phone and my Spanish work landline. Despite having my contract in front of me with all the details, I was not able to cancel. Instead I was told; 'you must call from your Spanish landline or your Spanish mobile phone'. I don't have any of those, and so I went to the store. Same experience as Jesper Stuhr. 'Use our phone and do it yourself'. About the product: Internet 300 MB, Spanish TV only and mobile phone with no roaming at 62 per month. Internet at home works fantastic, except when you really need it, in the evening for example, for watching a movie or do a video call. When coming to Spain one need to live with long waiting lines for under average products compared to EU standards. This is not true for food and wine, where the quality and value ranks among the highest in the World I don't really have a problem with that. The problem only occurs, when the product you buy, does not work at your address and you need to cancel your contract. Movistar is a great company and it works very well in other locations across the world. I hope Movistar Marbella will get better with the years. For now we have the same product with a provider charging 24 per month. Except now we have the same 300MB internet speed, 200 International and Spanish TV channels; German /Scandinavian /Dutch /French included. It IS possible. Why the fuss?

Worst service EVER, been customer for 30 years!!! Went to the local shop to cancel a subscription, they asked to call 1004 and press 1 for English. That did NOT work, but got in line for 25 min on the phone. There were 5 telefonica-Movistar staff members, NOBODY would help.. They asked us to dial in.. So we did for 25 min, and then we had to leave...
