I had scheduled my daughter’s annual appointment 2 months ago at their office , and did the online check in few days before , also received a call a day before from their office for the safety guidelines, But just as We entered their office the secretary REFUSED to accept us as they were no longer accepting our insurance!!!!! After 30 min drive ! Dismissing my daughter earlier and had 3 hours off from my work !!??? Just say “sorry “ !!!! Wasn’t someone responsible for checking the payment information before !? POOR SERVICE.
