Raststation Schwechat, Wiener Außenring Schnellstraße

Fully equipped station with everything you need: food from Viva/Marché restaurant/Burger King, Ibis hotel, gas, store, WC, WiFi, place to sit and rest, kids play area, parking, vignettes... Definitely recommend pastries from Marché, they are amazing and fresh however the prices are not low. For alternative buy food from the gas store. Yes there is also ice cream Mövenpick for the sweet tooth :)

huge disappointment. The lady issuing the shower keys is at work as a punishment probably. A person working in an airport restaurant should know English, I don't need to know perfect German. Unkind, arrogant and nasty, I wouldn't let someone like that woman spoil my company's reputation. I want to add that she behaved unprofessionally, even though I asked nicely and even thanked for the key, she was very rude.
A great variety of food cooked at the spot. Salads, sausages, pizza, pasta, soups and desserts. The only downside is that it is a bit pricey, but it is a gas station/hotel restaurant so it is makes sense why it can be a bit pricey. A soup and a main course will set you up roughly 16. Add desert, sauces or drink and you will have to pay around 20. But the food is great!
The food from the hot meal location in the middle of the establishment was insanely, however they also had a great children's play area that my kids loved and that let me eat my food in peace. I don't know that I would make this a destination however if you're looking for a stop where you can get food and also have your kids run around inside then this does that for you.
Good market but little disorganised for Ibis Buffet.. while breakfast there confusion on which product is on buffet .. option limited to few stall. Staff is friendly but yes langauge barrier is there from both side, atmosphere is good, there should be someone who can guide outsiders it may help lot .but this is just traveler stop over hotel so okkk,. Cost of food is higher side
Probably the best food on central European highways, but a bit too expensive.
Place and selection of foods are nice and high quality as always, however: At Marche cash desk I ordered a cappuccino that was being entered into computer as normal. I immediately indicated that I would go for a small one, however staff claimed that they could not change it anymore. This was in the middle of the order, not after execution of it. Still, I was asked to pay the higher price. Although I will not go bankrupt by this difference, this is really a question of being customer focused in an everyday situation. I hope Marche can improve this so that customer experience can be flawless from every angle, also in line their relatively high prices.
Great place to stop if you are driving through Austria. Good food, nice people, clean, ok prices.
