Went for a cleaning and they messed my top retainer. Glued again, twisted, leaving space for all the food to stay there. Teeth MOVING after 2 months. A new one would be with orthodontist and 150 pounds. After thinking, accept. Now I call amd no, the retainer must be done by the same dentist and then, in the future, orthodontist. Are you kidding? Pay 150 for the same dentist who messed it? The clinic should so it for free. They messed and took no responsability. I dont understand why you dont get this is about trust, not money. I hope you go somewhere and they mess with you like this. Years of braces so that dentist behaves like that. Shame.
