Dr. Chen, Charmian and team are all amazing. His practice is very clean and very inviting. Dr. Chen really takes the time to help his patients understand your treatment plan and answers all questions in a way that is easily understandable. He is also an extremely friendly and talented orthodontist. The price is 100% worth it, the results speak for themselves. I can not stop smiling!!

Dr. Chen and his staff were very thorough in explaining the treatment plan and different options available. They explained that their equipment was the latest technology to make the treatment as comfortable and accurate as possible. My appts are on time and very efficient. I was here for adult orthodontics, but the office looks especially appealing for kids with lego, Xbox and Ipads to occupy them. I love the little kids door at the front. We'll definitely bring our daughter here when she needs braces. The office is immaculate and bright w 1 hr of free underground parking.

If there are more than 5 stars rate, i would choose that for Marda Loop Braces. Fresh from my last day of treatment today, and this is the best time for me to write my sincere reviews. During my 1st day of treatment up to the last, I always get thrilled with every appointment. They have a wonderful staffs from the front desk who always greeted you with their warm big smile and to all their staffs who took care of their patients so well. To Dr Chen, i can't thank you enough! Your dedication to your profession is one of a kind. Your thorough checking, your awesome service, and the confidence you give to your patients is something I would treasure for the rest of my life. Marda Loop Braces touches my life differently! Dr. Chen and his staff were amazing to work with from day 1. I had a pretty nasty accident that resulted in the need for orthodontics. Dr. Chen worked with me to make a plan and with his help, I was able to complete my treatment ahead of schedule. They always clearly explained all options and risks, and were super-helpful in answering any questions I had. They took much of the stress out of the experience and always ensured I was aware of the progress I was making, even when I felt like I was just standing still. And lastly, everyone there is very friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommended.

My son had a unique case and Dr Chen was knowledgeable, and willing to bring in other specialties to help. Dr Chen worked with us for years, through the very long process and was amazingly helpful, patient and kind. My son has special needs as well and the staff was incredibly accommodating for him. The entire process from start to finish was made so much better by Dr Chen and staff. Would recommend to everyone to go here.
