There is a combined token counter for male and female which seems to be very awkward. So there's intense need for separate male and female token counter. The is no fee charge display for different categories of CNICs.

The computers system installed in every department for fast and efficient working.but here in NADRA it's very strange . A boring working department. Wait for a long long time , even though your number can be call on next day . The behavior of employees with a senior citizen was very bad . 0/10 satisfaction .
visited good staff and smooth working. but for ladies applicants should be a separate section. moreover the building is very far from the city
