Surrounding beaches are gorgeous and dog friendly. Dogs of all shapes and sizes are walked by their owners during the day. Accommodation : We stayed at Between Tides. Modest basic furnished rooms. Potentially great sea view spoiled by overgrowth of plants and vegetation. Customer experience : mixed Positive part. Electrician /handyman by the name of JP was a pleasure to work with. Very polite young man that left no stone unturned to help where ever he could. Negative part. Had a bad experience with the supervisor / property manager. Not sure about her name possibly Meggie? My car had to be parked on the beach because you get only one garage allocated. I found a vacated garage that according to the locals have never been occupied. This supervisor relayed a message to me if I was not prepared to pay R1000 per night for this luxury I had to immediately remove my car and park it back on the beach. My message to Billy the owner: this woman should not be in customer service.
