So good! We got Cornish pasties and milk tart donuts. The Cornish pasties were made with buttery and flaky pastry, and you could taste that the meat filling was homemade. They were delicious. The milk tart donuts, though, were on another level! They were filled all the way through, not like the jam donuts you get at Spar that just have a little blob of filling on top. The custard filling is delicious. We will be going back to this bakery many times!!

Such a lovely surprise! The staff are full of smiles at this lovely family run business. The fresh bread and pastry is amazing and let's not forget the bunny chow! Wow... yummy... delicious! Pull in for friendly smiles and great food or just for some lovely fresh rolls/bread for lunch. Ps try the milk tart donut

O what a gem I found in Margate! While we stayed in Margate I regularly visited Lilly’s Bread Bin to top up on the freshly baked goods. The breads, rolls, pies and pastries are freshly baked every day. I had the Milk Tart donut and it is delicious. The buttermilk rusks were freshly baked as it came the morning out of the drying oven and it is the best I have ever tasted. The sausage roll have a crisp pastry and the meat is tasty and high quality. They also serve a variety of samosas and it is also very tasty. I think all the items are very reasonably priced. Skip all the store bought breads and cookies and visit Lilly’s bread bin the next time you are in Margate.

I have not tried everything they have to offer, but what we had was scrumptious! Milktart Doughnuts, Doughnut Holes and the Brandy Balls... can't wait to go back and try more...
