I had a bus trip leaving at 6:15am and booked this shuttle service for 5am. The driver lied to me until 5:30am telling me he couldn't find the place and then was on his way and he was almost there. I sent him my location via Whatsapp and still he made excuses why he couldn't find me and eventually just didn't bother answering his phone. I had to then call another shuttle service who was absolutely excellent and even asked the bus service to please wait for me to board the bus as I was late. Rather use this service Tour Link Travel Cab and Chauffeur drive. They have proved to be excellent.
