The worse service i ever encountered. You will sit on a chair outside the door for over an hour while , apparently, 4 staff members inside is required to assist 1 customer. If this was such an important customer, they should really tell the customers outside to rather come back another time as it will be taking a long time. Needless to say that my issue is still not sorted.

Will not recommend.. We had to wait almost 5 minutes while two staff members at counter 1 were busy having a chat. Unwilling to help and very rude. Ended up going to the South Coast Mall where the staff members were staff members were very friendly and willing to help. Shelly Beach MTN has very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

This resort is heavan for every family. Amateurs can become keen golfers. The paddle boat is a calming experience. This resort has its own leisure desk. There is a hefty deposit for use of equipment, such as golf clubs, paddleboat and life jackets, which is refundable. I don't blame the establishment as theft and misuse is a problem in our beautiful country. The resort has its own private entrance to the beach. Special reference for those staying in self catering units, make sure to purchase all you need for your meals, so you can stay in the resort and enjoy the activities. There is a MTV trail. DO NOT FEED THE Monkeys!!!

Went on Friday 1 Nov 2019 (- 12h30) to get help on my internet not connecting. Lady working at counter 2 (wearing glases) NOT interested to even take my phone and help just told me my phone have a software problem and must send in for repairs. But my phone is to old and must take it somewhere else. I am due for an update in Dec, asked if she can assist me she told me I must phone MTN as they cant help cause they is a francise and a baby MTN. I came home try to sort out my phone with help of my husband. AND FUNNY now it work. Wonder WHAT HAPPENED TO THE SOFTWARE PROBLEM. I really hope the owner of this shop will deal with this employee. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. NOT GOOD TO GO FOR HELP THERE AT ALL
