There's a most off-putting reception given to clients and potential clients when one first enters the premises. Sneering, cold and generally awful tone. I shall follow Lionel Woods, who has been relocated to the Port Edward branch. A civilised person who is extremely knowledgeable and most helpful. Can't deal with small minded people who should be in a different line of pursuit. The Principal's sister is, however, very charming. The glue that seems to bind the agency. Some of that old razzle dazzle desperately needed here. ️️
Definitely great customer service! Pam Golding have really stepped up to the plate, compared to how they were in Margate! Which ended up in a complete disaster! The Pam Golding Ramsgate team are definitely the next best thing.
