Flat 210 needs a good makeover to give guests a decent experience when at this price. 1. Beds very uncomfortable with mattresses old 2. Patio furniture in the lounge, the apongenis very thin when you seat on it you feel the cane. We ended up using garden plastic chairs to seat. 3. TV reception poor. Kids could not watch anything. It ended up switching off by itself. 4. Toaster in the kitchen is old and rusted inside. We could not use it. 5. Bath towels. I'm not sure what was the original color. Currently they are a dirty cream or brown. Had to use them as bedside rugs since there was none and the floors are tiled. Definitely not coming back. We even contemplated cutting the holiday short because the rest we imagined was not possible. Value for money - Zero. Sebati family.

Reasonable rates in the off season. Walking distance to all amenities, shops, pharmacist etc. Across the road from the beaches. Beautiful views of the sea. Fully equipped. In the off season it is very quiet and peaceful. Virtually got the "whole beach" to ourselves. Walking on the rocks is a truly amazing. In the low tide so much more rock formations to view and also tread on. Wear proper footwear. Becareful for fishing rod holders placed by fisherman. Also be careful of broken beer bottles left behind by irresponsible people.
They never returned my breakage deposit even after I texted them several times. There is also a R500 admin deposit which is not understanble they need to be more honest than serving us lies
