Usually good, lately not. Ordered a scharma take away, got home, it's got about a tablespoon of filling in. Phoned , spoke to the manager and he will fill the order and get it delivered ASAP, as I'm a regular customer and only 2km away from their premises. Well its now an hour later, no delivery, no answering of call. Another R65 down the drain. Like everyday people can afford to just spent this on a small bite of chicken. Not impressed, ...1hr15 min later, delivered, cold food. Thanks Tiagos, not...

Service was fast. Clean environment. Money well spent.
When i arrived before the counter two staff members were on tills chatting, instead of assisting me they went to the food preparation area and continued with their chatter and laughter. Later i was assisted by a guy who came from the food preparation area. Am sure they can do better than that in serving customers.
Just love it. The food is good and lekker. The staff is friendly and helpful...
The service was great, but the meal portions were extremely small. The double chicken burger was actually 1 & 1/2 fillets. The strips & chips was utterly disappointing. The lunchbox chicken burgers came with a single narrow strip of fillet in each burger. To add to that there was a also a 30min delay because of a shortage of french fries. Not recommended as a eatery for value for money. Please improve on these areas Tiago's Shelly Beach.
Tiago's is spacious and clean venue. I especially like the wooden seating! It's done very well. There is a kiddies play area as well. Nice place to stop off for a take away, have your food delivered or use MrDelivery app. This is my first time in a Tiago's as we don't have these in Gauteng!!! We ordered Tiago lunch box, vegetable hamburger, Schwarma, jumbo chicken burger and wrap ALL FOR R261. Thats an absolute value for money. The takeaway box also gets a cute sticker for the flavour and meal you've chosen. I'd give 6stars if I could. Just for the veggie lovers like myself there is a whole veggie section in the menu, which is usually not a likely sight in a take away joint. I especially love the decor against the walls as well. The staff are friendly too. A bonus here for those concerned this is a Halaal friendly place!!!!
Went in store for take aways. They have hygiene procedures in place at the entrance. The service was good to my standard. The quality of food is very good. First time I tried their chicken swarma. Was a nice treat. With a visit
Good selections to choose from, the food are tasty, and well priced. Try the mild dash for a unique experience. I can recommend any of their dishes.
